As a responsibility holder in or alongside an organisation today you will very likely be facing high levels of personal pressure and continual demands to implement or adapt to change. Your time will be at a premium and attending traditional style training courses may not be practical for you. Ironically the need to learn and develop has never been higher.
 
Individual support in the form of coaching or mentoring is increasingly being recognised as key to people's effectiveness and well-being in this climate. Regular coaching meetings will also help you to maintain high levels of personal accountability, commitment, motivation and effectiveness in a range of situations.

The coaching or mentoring that Potential Development provides is a blend of skill building and personal or professional support. It is a time when key issues can be discussed, urgent learning needs met and collegial support provided.

Regular coaching meetings will allow you to:
  • Openly and safely explore your own personal style, biases, beliefs and opinions
  • Discuss the challenges you are facing and develop plans to meet them
  • Set and review goals for your personal and professional development
  • Receive skill-based coaching, feedback or highly focussed consultancy as you move forward
  • Gain support at a personal level as appropriate
  • Maintain high levels of personal accountability, commitment and motivation.

Meetings typically last for 1-1.5 hours and provide maximum benefit to you when they are held at regular intervals, usually one, two or three monthly.
