Dave Burton
Dave formed Potential Development Ltd in 1990 to provide people-based training and consulting services in the corporate market place.
Prior to 1990 he worked for 20 years in the Information Technology industry with Unisys and so became very familiar with the corporate environment, and the challenges of maintaining a focus on people in the midst of a growing emphasis on high technology and change.
His services are most relevant in organisations of any size with a strong commitment to excellence and organisational development. Within this context, his focus is always people: how they communicate, how they work together, how they can realise their potential and how they can contribute effectively to their organisation, its development and its success.
Through his work, he has built up a wide range of skill and experience as a Coach, Mentor, Facilitator, Manager, Consultant and Trainer. He undertakes a variety of training and is a member of the UK-based Association for Coaching. He is committed to an on-going mentoring process to ensure that the services are effective, enjoyable, ethically sound and appropriate to the people with whom he is working.
